1. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files that visited websites send to the user's browser, where they are stored to be retransmitted to the site on the next visit. They allow the site to recognize the device and to collect information about browsing behavior.

This site uses only third‑party cookies for analytical and behavioral purposes, activated only after the user’s consent via the cookie banner. Profiling cookies for advertising purposes are not used.

2. Types of cookies used

Technical cookies (always active)

Cookies strictly necessary for the site’s operation. They do not require consent pursuant to Art. 122 D.Lgs. 196/2003. They include any session cookies for managing navigation and user preferences (e.g., language selection, visual theme). This data is stored exclusively in the browser’s localStorage and is not transmitted to external servers.

Analytical cookies — Google Analytics 4

Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, USA) collects anonymous browsing data to enable the Controller to understand how users interact with the site. The IP address is anonymized before transmission. Transfer to the USA occurs via Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) or the EU‑USA Data Privacy Framework.

Behavioral cookies — Microsoft Clarity

Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation, USA) records anonymous browsing sessions via heatmaps and session recording to analyze user behavior and improve site usability. Microsoft states that it does not use this data for advertising purposes nor sell it to third parties. Transfer to the USA occurs via Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
