• Investigative Informer and Field Operative: We are looking for experts in dynamic and static observation activities (tailing). The ideal candidate has a strong ability to blend in, extreme patience, and excellent driving skills in busy urban environments.
• Digital Forensics and OSINT Analyst: For our technological department, we are looking for specialists able to analyse digital traces, recover deleted data and conduct in-depth investigations on open sources (Open Source Intelligence) for cyber-investigation cases.
• Environmental Cleanup Technical Consultant: Expert professionals in the use of non-linear junction detectors, spectrum analyzers, and scanners for the detection of microphones and unauthorized interception systems.
• Specialists in Corporate Investigations: Profiles with legal or economic expertise, capable of analysing cases of absenteeism, unfair competition, stock discrepancies, and corporate fraud with high-level reporting.
• Unarmed Security Personnel and Trusted Receptionists: We are selecting personnel for passive surveillance, access control, and infrastructure monitoring services. This role requires impeccable appearance, excellent interpersonal skills for managing public flows, and a keen ability to prevent risks and manage emergencies in high-profile corporate or residential contexts.

Essential requirements to apply at Arcadia Company

• No criminal record: Given the delicate nature of our work and the need to liaise with authorities, a clean criminal record is a non-negotiable requirement.
• Possession of a Private Investigator License (where applicable): Although Arcadia Company offers mentoring programmes, holding the required authorisations under the TULPS is a preferential title.
• Full flexibility in working hours: Crime and client needs do not follow office hours. Being ready to intervene at night, on holidays, or to undertake sudden trips is an integral part of the role.
• Technological proficiency: Every one of our operators must be able to use high-resolution recording tools, GPS tracking systems, and editing software to produce irrefutable documentary evidence.
