Is a factory reset enough to remove the spyware?
Yes, in most cases, restoring the device will remove the spyware. BUT BEWARE: doing so will also delete the evidence of the crime. You will no longer be able to report anyone. Before formatting, have us perform a forensic copy.
Can you spy on an iPhone or just Android?
All phones are vulnerable. On Android, it is easier to install spyware apps. On iPhone, it is more difficult (often requiring Jailbreak or knowledge of iCloud credentials), but there are sophisticated spyware that also target iOS.
Can you tell me WHO installed the spyware?
The software does not bear the name of the person who purchased it. However, forensic analysis tells us when it was installed. By cross-referencing this information with who had physical access to your phone at that time, it is often easy to deduce the culprit.
How much does it cost to clean a phone?
